6750 W 52nd Ave., Arvada, CO., 80002
Keeping Seniors in their Homes Longer through an Innovative Program: CAPABLE, which stands for Community Aging in Place – Advancing Better Living for Elders. Our goal is to allow older adults to remain in their homes longer, achieve better health outcomes, and decrease medical costs. A safe home environment is the first step to achieving this mission, but it’s often overlooked. We work with clients to make everyday tasks safer. The CAPABLE program provides ten visits to the client in their home: six with an occupational therapist and four with a registered nurse.
